A: Any environmentally conscious business that offers green products, services or other resources that is interested in reaching consumers on a local level may join GenGreenLife.com. Any non-profit organization whose efforts benefit the environment and this planet’s precious natural resources may join GenGreenLife.com. Any person, who wants to learn more about what it means to be sustainable, particularly on a local level, may join GenGreenLife.com.

Q4: Where did my account on GenGreen.org go?
A: Your account is right here on GenGreenLife.com! Simply log in using the email address and password from your GenGreen.org account. Once logged in you will be able to access your account settings to update your personal information and privacy preferences. And, from your personal landing page, you can find the local green businesses and organizations you need to live your locally sustainable life.

Q5: Should I create a professional or personal account on GenGreenLife.com?
A: That depends on you. If you own an environmentally conscious business or are part of a non-profit organization that benefits the environment, you will want to create a professional account to help promote the efforts of your company. If you are a person who wants to find green resources in your community, you will benefit most from an individual account.

Q6: Why can’t I log into my account?
A: Chances are you created your account but didn’t activate it. You should have received an email within minutes of creating your account that provided a link to activate your membership. If you don’t see a confirmation email in your inbox, you may want to check your spam filter. If you still can’t find it, contact us and we’ll be happy to activate your account for you.

A: Professional members of GenGreenLife.com that have upgraded to a standard profile can post events through their profiles. Events will be posted within the city and state in which the event takes place. If you would like us to consider your event for national placement, please check the appropriate box when creating your event. Please allow up to one business day for your event to be approved for national listing.

Q8: Do you plan to offer GenGreen Life capabilities to users outside of the U.S.?
A: We do plan to take our model across to other countries in the future however we will stay focused on the United States through 2008.
